Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. What data we collect
From clients: name, phone, email, and address, to connect you with local businesses. From businesses/professionals: name, email, phone, service categories, and billing information (processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number). We also store the photos you upload with your request. If you are a professional and turn on notifications, we store an identifier of your device to send them to you. If you visit our site, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic in a basic way (pages visited, general location and device type).
2. What it's used for
To distribute your request to businesses in your area, process business payments, and send you notifications related to your request. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes. Some features use artificial intelligence: improving the description of your project or business, suggesting the service category, and translating the text you write.
3. Who it's shared with
Your name, job description, and city are shown to businesses in your area before they pay to unlock the contact. Your phone number and exact address are only revealed to the business that chooses to unlock your request.
4. Service providers
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (for example, the photos you upload).
- Stripe — secure processing of business payments. Billing data is handled directly by Stripe.
- Resend — delivery of the platform's emails (confirmations, notices and welcome messages).
- Google (Gemini) and OpenAI — artificial intelligence features: improving descriptions, suggesting the service category and translating. The text you enter in those features is sent to these providers for processing.
- Geocodio — converting your ZIP code or address into a location to find nearby businesses.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications for professionals who turn them on.
- Google Analytics — basic site traffic analytics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — security check to detect bots when you log in, sign up or recover your password. Cloudflare may receive technical data from your browser to perform that check.
